2. IN-OFFICE -- CASE ANALYSIS & INVESTIGATION STRATEGY CONSULTATION
Have an experienced investigator review and analyze your discovery (police investigation, opponent's investigation) and prior defense investigation, as well as trial transcripts and other case documents, and consult with you regarding ongoing investigation strategies pre-trial and post-trial as well as ineffective assistance of counsel claims in post-conviction matters. April will work closely with you, your investigators, and, if desired, your client to comprehensively analyze your case and offer strategies for investigation that will help you win your case. In this effort, April will do more than review your case. She will perform research, suggest, and perhaps consult with, experts in specific areas of science, develop alternate suspect scenarios, time of death/incident and case timelines, witness statement comparisons, forensic document summaries, and outline needed field investigation. All work done in-house.
3. IN-OFFICE -- INVESTIGATIVE PARALEGAL
Have a highly competent, efficient and detail-oriented investigative paralegal organize your legal file, create document summaries and timelines, cross-reference and comprehensively organize your case documents into a useful and logical format for quick and easy reference. Save time by making the documents you need and summaries thereof readily available at your fingertips by an experienced paralegal that understands how the proper organization of a legal case assists you in preparing your case arguments.
